We had a great time staying at this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the garden from the terrace. the staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. the hotel also had a pool and bar near it, offering a variety of drinks.
There were some issues with the animation team's behavior, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with a pleasant balcony area. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the modern layout of the building and the cleanliness of the rooms.
There was an incident where a valuable item went missing and the hotel staff did not handle the situation properly. When we reported the missing item, they did not provide any assistance or take the matter seriously.

The breakfast buffet was good and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. the location was also convenient, as it was close to the beach and local shops. One of the best advantages was the live shows at night, which provided entertainment for all guests.
My family and I had a disappointing experience during our Christmas stay. One of my family members had their personal belongings stolen and the reception staff did not offer much help.
